a) Describe the product you will be inventing.
b) Explain how you will make sure it does not harm the environment when it is being manufactured. Let's say that, for your final project, you're going to create an eco-friendly mousetrap. When looking to obtain the raw materials for your product, what should you do to ensure that you won't be harming the environment when obtaining those raw materials?
Go to Google Classroom and find the post that has the final project requirements. Read them, and then tell me how you will use what you've learned from the Waste Unit Activities in the design of your sustainable product.
Describe what your cartoon will look like that you will be making today. (Don't know what the heck I"m talking about? Go to the Waste Unit Activities page and read about it!)
You throw away a candy wrapper at your house into the trash. Describe the energy used in the transportation and eventual decomposition of that candy wrapper. Note any energy transfers or transformations that occur in the process.
Go to Google Classroom and read the requirements for the test (or read it on paper if the internet is slow). What questions do you have before we begin?
How can we balance our energy needs with what's best for the environment?
