Activities - Objectives a, b, c, and d
1. Go to Google Classroom and create a Google Doc from the assignment titled, "Waste Unit Notes."
2. Read this section of your textbook, and take 2-column notes (at a level 9!) over Objectives a, b, c, and d. Turn them in when you're done.
3. Think about the pros and cons you listed in your answer to Objective #2d in your notes. Think about the inevitable consequences to society and to the planet if we don't do something to change how we dispose of our waste in this country. Draw a cartoon that shows that consequence on a piece of poster paper. Turn it in to Mrs. E when you are finished. (Want an example of a cartoon like this? Go visit the home page of this website to see an example or check out the one below regarding our carbon footprint!)
